We welcome and encourage all interested hiring managers to evaluate the usefulness of the personality inventory portion of the eTest battery by taking it for developmental purposes. It is quick, simple and should only take 20-30 minutes to complete. Results will be emailed to you within a few minutes of completing the instrument. The results will be in the format of a Development Report intended for the test taker (rather than the Interview Guide provided to hiring managers to assist in the hiring decision).
