eTest provides testing services to help clients make informed selection decisions and to help them make the most of their human capital. Our services are developed by licensed psychologists according to scientific, professional, ethical and legal guidelines. Clients have used our eTest standard battery quite successfully for many years to help select the best people for a wide range of positions.

Customized Reports

Many of our clients prefer to have a battery developed and validated for their unique jobs and cultures. We help them to define the competencies necessary for success, investigate how effectively various instruments may measure these competencies, develop new assessments as needed and provide a template for comparison of candidate profiles against their ideal. In addition to validating this process and ensuring that there is no adverse impact (that it is fair from a gender, age and ethnicity standpoint), we also help them monitor their process and adjust the profiles and cut-off scores as necessary to avoid legal problems.
